Welcome to Govind Bagh Resort. To guarantee a peaceful, safe, and luxurious stay for all our guests, please review our house policies and resort guidelines below.
1. Check-In & Check-Out Timings
- Check-In Time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 (11:00 AM)
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. Please notify our reception desk 24 hours in advance.
2. Guest Identification
In accordance with government rules, all Indian nationals must produce a valid government-approved photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter Card, or Passport) upon arrival. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and entry visa. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid identity proof.
3. Noise & Behavior Code
To maintain the sanctuary feel of Govind Bagh, loud music or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited in public areas, lawn spaces, and corridors past 22:00 (10:00 PM). Private events must be pre-arranged with management.
4. Swimming Pool Guidelines
Our pool is open daily from 07:00 to 19:00. Proper swimwear is required. Guests must shower before entering the pool. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. Smoking & Damage Policy
- All indoor suites, residences, and dining areas are strictly non-smoking. Dedicated smoking zones are available on outdoor lawns and terraces.
- Any physical damage to resort property, heritage structures, or room furnishings will be charged directly to the guest's billing card upon check-out.
