1. Booking Contract
When you make a reservation through our website, booking channels, or reservation desk, you enter into a binding contractual agreement with Govind Bagh Resorts. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or code.
2. Pricing & Currency
Rates displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Rates do not include applicable luxury taxes or GST (standard 18%) unless explicitly stated. The final room rate will be summarized upon confirmation and check-in.
3. Use of Website Content
All texts, photographs, floor plans, menus, and branding logos displayed on this website are protected under copyright laws. You may not copy, replicate, or reuse any media or code without prior written consent from Govind Bagh Resort.
4. Liability Limitation
Govind Bagh Resort is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or theft of personal valuables within the resort boundaries. In-room safes are provided for guest security. We encourage guests to lock their suites when vacant.
5. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the local laws of the State of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising out of the website use or stay services shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
