Refund Policy

At Govind Bagh Resort, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation fee structure and refund processing timeline.
1. Cancellation Timelines
- Up to 7 Days before Check-in: Free cancellation. Any pre-authorization holds or advance deposit will be fully refunded (minus bank transaction charges).
- 3 to 7 Days before Check-in: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking stay will be charged.
- Less than 72 Hours before Check-in / No Show: The full booking amount (100%) will be charged as a cancellation fee.
2. Refund Processing
Once a cancellation request is accepted, eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment source (credit card or bank account) used during booking.
Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account statement, depending on bank processing speeds.
3. Group & Wedding Bookings
Cancellation and refund terms for custom stays, royal weddings, corporate takeovers, or bulk reservations (3+ rooms) are governed by the specific terms signed in the event contract. The standard 7-day policy does not apply to events or buyout agreements.
4. Early Check-out
In case of an early check-out during your stay, the resort reserves the right to charge the remaining nights of the confirmed reservation booking.
